Established in 1996, with occupation area of about 500,000 m2, Sichuan Yuanxing Rubber Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise taking research and development, teaching and studying, manufacturing and sales as a whole, with equipment over than 2,000 sets, employees of about 3,000 and annual productivity of electric bike tires of about 3.2 million sets as the largest domestic-funded enterprise in scale of manufacturing electric bike tire. Major products include motorcycle tire, electric bike tire, ATV tire, bicycle (handcart) tire, imitation materials for shoes with leather bottom and polyurethane products, etc.
Successively the Company has passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification, 3C compulsory certification and DOT certification, E4-mark certification by EU and INMETRO certification in Brazil as a Class-1 Enterprise identified by Sichuan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and a national hi-tech enterprise.
In 2012, the trademark “Yuanxing” of our company was identified as “China Famous Trademark” by State Administration for Industry & Commerce, with “Gold Rain”, “Keystone” and “Cordial” subordinating to “Yuanxing”.
Cooperated with Dachangjiang Group, Qianjiang Group, Lifan Industry Group, Loncin Industry Group, Zongshen Industrial Group, Dayang Motorcycle, Northern EK Chor Group, Ji’nan Qingqi and other domestic famous motorcycle enterprises, motorcycle tire of the Company has acquired qualified supplier qualification and formally cooperated with motorcycle industrial enterprises, including Sundiro Honda, Jianshe Yamaha, Linhai Yamaha and Changzhou Haojue Suzuki, in which electric bike tire cooperates with Yadea, Aima, Sunra, Lima, Green Horse, Byvin, Luyuan, etc, with maintenance market throughout the country.
